Common use of Audits and Certifications Clause in Contracts

The Parties agree that the audits described in Clause 5(f), Clause 11 and Clause 12(2) of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses shall be fulfilled in the following manner: the provisions of paragraph 3.8 of this Addendum shall also apply to the Data Importer as if it were Braintree.
