Common use of Attorneysʹ Fees Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxxxx agrees that if any legal action is brought to enforce or collect this Promissory Note, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneyʹs fees and costs, including any and all costs of collection, in addition to any other relief to which that party may be entitled. This provision shall be applicable to the entire Promissory Note.
