Common use of Attorney Fee Award Clause in Contracts

Attorney Fee Award. The amount, not to exceed thirty-eight percent (38%) of the Gross Settlement Amount or $1,197,000, finally approved by the Court and awarded to Class Counsel. The Attorney Fee Award shall be paid from the Qualified Settlement Fund and will not be opposed by Defendant.
