Common use of Attendance Reports Clause in Contracts

Attendance Reports. CONTRACTOR shall provide COUNTY with quarterly attendance reports for any and all DHHS – Social Services clients receiving support services pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall submit one (1) electronic copy of any and all attendance reports required hereunder in a format that complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and any other applicable local, state and federal accessibility laws, regulations and standards. Any and all attendance reports required hereunder shall be submitted in accordance with any and all applicable timeframes using the format required by the State of California as appropriate.
