Attendance M.P.P.O.A. The EMPLOYER agrees to annually grant paid leave for on duty attendance to the Minnesota Police and Peace Officer Association annual convention and Legislative update. This leave is limited to three regularly scheduled days for one person to attend the annual convention and two days for one individual to attend the Legislative update. This paid leave includes travel. All requests for such leave must be scheduled in advance.
