At Steps. 19.1.2 and 19.1.3 of the grievance procedure, the Emergency Communications Director or Board of Governance may designate a duly authorized representative(s) to act on their behalf.
At Steps. 2 or 3 of the grievance procedure the Staff Representative of the Union may be added to this Committee.
