Common use of Assistance by Employee Clause in Contracts

Assistance by Employee. Both during the period of Employee's employment by Company and thereafter, provided Company pays all costs and expenses, Employee shall assist Company and its nominee, at any time, in the protection of Company's worldwide right, title, and interest in and to Confidential Information; provided that any such assistance after termination of Employee's employment does not, in Employee's good faith judgment, unreasonably interfere with Employee's other activities.
