Common use of ASSIGNMENTS/TRANSFERS Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENTS/TRANSFERS. Your rights under this Agreement may not be transferred by operation of law or otherwise. However, your obligations under this Agreement shall be binding upon your estate or personal representatives. We may sell your Account and/or assign or transfer this Agreement and our related rights and obligations, in whole or in part, without prior notice to you and without your consent.

However, your obligations under this Agreement shall will be binding upon on your estate or heirs, successors, estate, personal representatives, agents, beneficiaries, transferees or assignees, if any. We may sell transfer your Account and/or Accounts to another depository institution and assign or transfer this Agreement and our related rights and obligations, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice to you and without or your consent, except as may be required by law.
