ASSIGNMENT, TRANSFER, PROMOTION AND ADDITIONAL HOURS/TIME. All unit members covered under this Agreement are unit members of the District and not of a particular school or department. The Superintendent, or designee, is authorized to transfer, assign, and/or promote according to procedures contained in this article. The District shall notify the Association of all promotion and transfer opportunities. The Association may appoint a representative to serve in the interview process.
