Common use of Assignment Period Clause in Contracts

Assignment Period. The “Assignment Period” shall begin on the Assignment Period Start Date and extend until the Assignment Period End Date; provided that in no event shall the Assignment Period extend past an Assignment Early Termination Date; and further provided that the Assignment Period will automatically terminate upon the expiration or early termination of either the Delivery Term or the PPA.
