Temporary Assignment 11.01 Employees shall perform any temporary work which the management directs with the understanding that when an employee is assigned to a job with a lesser rate of pay, he shall receive his regular rate of pay.

Temporary Assignments When an employee is assigned temporarily by his/her appointing authority to a job for which he/she is qualified in a higher pay grade for a period of five (5) days or his/her regular workweek, whichever is less, the employee shall be paid retroactively from the initial date of the temporary transfer for the duration of the temporary assignment. The employee shall be paid as if he/she had been promoted during such assignment. In no event may an employee acquire any status in a higher classification as a result of his/her temporary assignment. Acting capacity assignments shall not be made on an arbitrary or capricious basis. Employees shall not be rotated in acting capacity in an arbitrary or capricious manner in order to avoid payment of acting capacity pay. This Article shall not be used in lieu of the proper processing of any request for reclassification or reallocation of a position pursuant to the Personnel Rules and the Reclassifications Article, or the filling of a vacancy pursuant to the Personnel Rules and the Seniority Article.
ASSIGNMENT AND SUB-CONTRACTING 19.1 The Contractor shall not assign or sub-contract any obligations under the Contract without the prior consent of the Authority, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Sub-contracting any part of the Contract shall not relieve the Contractor of any of its obligations or duties.
ASSIGNMENT AND SUB-LETTING Tenant shall not assign this Agreement, or sub-let or grant any license to use the Premises or any part thereof without the prior written consent of Landlord. A consent by Landlord to one such assignment, sub-letting or license shall not be deemed to be a consent to any subsequent assignment, sub-letting or license. An assignment, sub-letting or license without the prior written consent of Landlord or an assignment or sub-letting by operation of law shall be absolutely null and void and shall, at Landlord's option, terminate this Agreement.
Pay on Temporary Assignment An employee temporarily assigned by the Employer to a position with a rate of pay lower than her regular rate of pay shall maintain her regular rate of pay.
ASSIGNMENT/SUB-CONTRACTING The Contractor agrees that he will not sell, assign or transfer this Agreement or any part thereof or interest therein without the prior written consent of the Owner.
Assignment and Conveyance 1. The Assignor hereby conveys, sells, grants, transfers and assigns to the Assignee all of the right, title and interest of the Assignor, as purchaser, in, to and under (a) those certain Mortgage Loans listed on the schedule (the "Mortgage Loan Schedule") attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Mortgage Loans") and (b) except as described below, that certain Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement (the "Purchase Agreement"), dated as of [DATE], between the Assignor, as purchaser (the "Purchaser"), and the Company, as seller, solely insofar as the Purchase Agreement relates to the Mortgage Loans. The Assignor specifically reserves and does not assign to the Assignee hereunder (i) any and all right, title and interest in, to and under and any obligations of the Assignor with respect to any mortgage loans subject to the Purchase Agreement which are not the Mortgage Loans set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule and are not the subject of this Agreement or (ii) the rights of the Purchaser under Section 9.04 of the Purchase Agreement. Patent Assignment Seller hereby sells, assigns, transfers and conveys to Purchaser all right, title and interest it has in and to the Patents and all inventions and discoveries described therein, including without limitation, all rights of Seller under the Assignment Agreements, and all rights of Seller to collect royalties under such Patents.
