The Assignment of Buses clause defines how specific buses are designated or allocated for use under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process by which the service provider assigns particular vehicles to routes, schedules, or clients, and may specify requirements such as bus type, capacity, or condition. Its core practical function is to ensure clarity and mutual understanding regarding which buses will be used, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring that operational needs are met efficiently.
Assignment of Buses. Assignment of new buses will be made based on the following factors:
1. Age, mileage, and condition of bus to be replaced
2. Number of students on the route
3. Length of bus route In the event all three factors are equal, seniority will be the determining factor.
