Assignment of a Single Arbitrator. (a) When a Party has requested that a grievance be submitted to arbitration, it shall indicate to the other Party to the Agreement the name(s) of an arbitrator(s) to hear the dispute. Within ten (10) working days thereafter, the other Party shall indicate its agreement to one of the suggested names. If the Parties fail to agree upon an arbitrator, the appointment shall be made by the Minister of Labour for the Province of British Columbia.
