Common use of Assignment Considerations Clause in Contracts

Assignment Considerations. The District shall, in making assignments, consider the qualifications, interests and aspirations of employees, as well as the needs and best interests of the District. The way to achieve this is to facilitate input and communication at several steps in the assignment process between supervisor and employees. The Health Services supervisor will work with District nurses in the Spring to determine staff assignments based on need, with the supervisor taking into consideration number of cases and the complexity of cases each employee would have, with the supervisor having final approval.
