Assignment and Vacancies. 1. Extracurricular positions need not be posted in the event the employee currently holding the position is requested by his/her supervisor to continue in the same position for the next season and/or school year. 2. When a vacancy occurs, the District may post within the building for three (3) days. After the three (3) days, the District may post within and outside the District for a minimum of five (5) days. 3. During the period of fifteen (15) days prior to the start of or during a season, the District may post the vacancy for two (2) days only.
