Common use of Assigned Parking Clause in Contracts

Assigned Parking. Notwithstanding Tenant’s general right to use the common area serving the Building in conjunction with other Tenant’s of the Building, Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to designate certain parking spaces for the exclusive use of Landlord, Tenant or other tenants of the Building and/or their officers, directors, employees and invitees. Landlord may lease or grant a license to individuals granting such individuals the exclusive right to use such reserved parking spaces. Any income or monies paid to Landlord and arising out of the leasing or licensing of such parking spaces shall be the sole property of Landlord and Tenant shall have no right or interest therein nor shall such income be used to offset Operating Expenses.
