Asset Manager. Lender shall have the right to terminate Asset Manager and/or any subservicer free and clear from any obligation to repay any servicing advances in the event that Asset Manager and/or any subservicer, in the reasonable discretion of Lender, is not acting in a commercially reasonable manner or in accordance with prudent and generally accepted industry practices.
