Common use of ARTICLE   PAY DAYS Clause in Contracts

ARTICLE   PAY DAYS. The Employer agrees that wages will be paid on Thursday, during working hours. The normal pay period shall be Monday to Sunday inclusive. Employees will be paid wages for each pay period, including any overtime or premium pay due to the employee for such pay period, on the second Thursday after each pay period ends. Employees will be paid on a Thursday during working hours on the following basis:

Where the hours of work are averaged over a week period, that two-week period will be the same two weeks as the pay period. Employees will be paid on a Thursday Wednesday during working hours on the following basis:
