ARTICLE HEALTH AND SAFETY. The Company shall continue to make all reasonable provisions for the safety and health of its employees during the hours of employment. The Union agrees to assist the Company in maintaining proper observation of all safety and health rules, and shall have the right to make recommendations to the Company respecting the safety and health of employees. The Company shall provide all seniority employees with the following items as well as any necessary uniform items and equipment required by the Company to the employees for use while on duty (on duty shall include travel directly to the work site.) Such items shall be provided at no cost to the employees. The employee will be responsible for the laundering of uniforms,

The Company and Union Health and Safety representatives consisting of no less than two individuals from each side shall provide all seniority employees with the following items as well as any necessary uniform items meet not less than four (4) times per year to discuss Health and equipment required by the Company to the employees for use while on duty (on duty shall include travel directly to the work siteSafety matters.)
