Arrangers Fees. On the Closing Date, Borrower shall pay to --------------- Arranger through the Administrative Agent underwriting fees in the amount heretofore agreed upon by letter agreement between Borrower and the Arranger. These fees are for the services of the Arranger in arranging the credit facilities under this Agreement and are fully earned when paid and are nonrefundable.
Arrangers Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Arrangers, for their own accounts, fees payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon in writing among the Borrower and the Arrangers, including the fees set forth in the Fee Letters.
