Common use of Arranger and Bookrunner Clause in Contracts

Arranger and Bookrunner. The Arranger and the Bookrunner shall not have obligations or duties whatsoever in such capacities under this Agreement or any other Loan Document and shall incur no liability hereunder or thereunder in such capacities, but the Arranger and the Bookrunner shall have the benefit of the indemnities provided for hereunder.
