Arms and Ammunition. The Contractor shall not give, barter, or otherwise dispose of to any person or persons, any arms or ammunition of any kind or permit or suffer the same aforesaid.

No hunting of any kind by Contractor or its Personnel, or other invitees, shall be permitted on the Project Site. Contractor shall immediately identify and remove from its or its Subcontractors’ employment at the Project Site any Person that violates this provision. Disorderly Conduct. Contractor shall be responsible for the conduct and deeds of its Labor and its Subcontractors’ Labor relating to the Agreement and the consequences thereof. Contractor shall at all times take all reasonable precautions to prevent any unlawful, riotous or disorderly conduct by or among such Labor and for the preservation of peace, protection and safety of Persons and property in the area of the Project Site against the same. Contractor shall not interfere with any members of any authorized police, military or security force in the execution of their duties.

Company shall not, and shall ensure that its Personnel and Subcontractors do not, possess, import, sell, give, barter or otherwise dispose of, to any Person or Persons, any arms or ammunition of any kind at the Project Site, or permit or suffer the same as aforesaid, and shall at all times assure that the Project Site is kept free from arms and ammunition. No hunting of any kind by Company or its Personnel, or other invitees, shall be permitted on the Project Site. Company shall immediately identify and remove from the Project Site any Person that violates this Section 2.11.5.
Arms and Ammunition. The Contractor shall not bring or use in the Site, any arms, ammunition or explosive materials prohibited by the law and shall prevent his labours and employees and the Subcontractors labours and employees from keeping or using such arms and ammunition at the Site.
