Common use of Arms and Ammunition Clause in Contracts

Arms and Ammunition. Contractor and its Personnel, shall not possess, give, barter or otherwise dispose of, to any Person or Persons, any arms or ammunition of any kind at the Project Site, or permit or suffer the same as aforesaid and shall at all times assure that the Project Site is kept free from arms and ammunition. No hunting of any kind by Contractor or its Personnel, or other invitees, shall be permitted on the Project Site. Contractor shall immediately identify and remove from its or its Subcontractors’ employment at the Project Site any Person that violates this provision.
