Carpet Area of Bungalow/Row house : The carpet area for the Villa or any other Villa shall mean the net usable floor area of such Villa, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, and exclusive balcony but includes the area covered by internal partition walls of the Bungalows/Row House. b. Balcony Area: The net usable area of the exclusive covered balcony/ies(if any) attached to the Bungalows/ Row House.
