Common use of Arbitration Board's Decision Clause in Contracts

Arbitration Board's Decision. The majority decision of the Board of Arbitration shall be final and binding on both parties and each party shall bear the expense of their Arbitrator and shall also pay one-half the expenses of the Chairperson. The Board of Arbitration shall be requested to finally settle such difference or grievance within ten (10) days after the appointment of the Chairperson.
