All references to the Application in the remainder of this Charter shall refer to the Renewal Application. If any provision of this Charter is inconsistent with Appendix A, the provisions of this Charter shall prevail. This shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements/Charters between the parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, separate agreements regarding the provision of food service, transportation, and other services may be entered into between the parties during the term of this Charter.
