Common use of Approved Application Clause in Contracts

Approved Application. The School’s approved application to operate a charter school is appended hereto as Appendix 1 and is incorporated herein by reference. If any provision of this Charter is inconsistent with Appendix 1, the provisions of this Charter shall prevail.

If any provision of this Charter is inconsistent with Appendix 1A, the provisions of this Charter shall prevail. This shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements/Charters between the parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, separate agreements regarding the provision of food service, transportation, and other services may be entered into between the parties during the term of this Charter.
