Approval of Documents. All legal matters in connection with the consummation of the Reorganization contemplated by this Agreement and all documents and instruments delivered in connection therewith shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and in substance to counsel for the Company and such counsel shall have received authenticated copies of those copies of the corporate documents and certificates as counsel for the Company may reasonably request in connection with this transaction.
