Common use of Appropriate Conduct Clause in Contracts

Appropriate Conduct. The USER agrees to observe all applicable governmental, UNIVERSITY, and HCBI policies, rules and regulations that pertain to his/her conduct on campus and at HCBI. The USER agrees that HCBI or the UNIVERSITY may require him/her to leave HCBI if it believes that the USER has violated a policy, rule or regulation, or if it believes that the USER’s conduct is inappropriate.

Appropriate Conduct. The INSTITUTION agrees that the USER agrees to shall observe all applicable governmental, UNIVERSITY, and HCBI policies, rules and regulations that pertain to his/her the USER’s conduct on campus and at HCBI. The USER INSTITUTION agrees that HCBI or the UNIVERSITY may require him/her the USER to leave HCBI if it believes that the USER has violated a policy, rule or regulation, or if it believes that the USER’s conduct is inappropriate.
