Apprenticeship Program. The parties will jointly develop and implement an Apprenticeship Program that will increase the skill of the Puget Sound region work force, specifically women, people of color, and individuals who are low-income or under-represented on the work force, so that these workers can enter the pool of skilled labor, fully qualified for living wage jobs.
