Common use of Apprentice Agreement Clause in Contracts

Apprentice Agreement. Each apprentice shall enter into a written agreement with the Company to the term and apprenticeship. The Apprentice Agreement shall be registered with the Apprenticeship Branch of the Ministry of Labour, Province of Ontario. The Apprentice Agreement shall be transferable to another employer, only by mutual consent of all parties to this Agreement. Notice of such transfer will be sent to the Director of Apprenticeship.
