Apprentice Agreement. (a) Each apprentice shall enter into a written agreement with the Company, to serve the terms and conditions of apprenticeship. (b) This agreement shall be signed by the apprentice in the presence of a Company and a Union representatives of the JAC. (c) The apprentice agreement shall be registered, as appropriate, with the Ontario Ministry of Skills Development.
