Appointment of the Paying Agents. 2.1 The Issuer, and for the purposes of Clause 7.9 only, the Trustee appoints each of the Principal Paying Agent and the Paying Agents as their agent in relation to the Notes for the purposes specified in this Agreement and in the Conditions.
Appointment of the Paying Agents. 2.1 Each of the Issuers and each of the Guarantors appoints each of the Principal Paying Agent and the Paying Agents as their agent in relation to the Notes for the purposes specified in this Agreement and in the terms and conditions applicable thereto and all matters incidental thereto.
Appointment of the Paying Agents. 2.01 The Issuer appoints each of the Paying Agents at their respective specified offices as its agent in relation to the Instruments for the purposes specified in this Agreement and in the Terms and Conditions and all matters incidental thereto.
Appointment of the Paying Agents. 2.1 The Issuer appoints Citibank, N.A., London Branch in its capacity as Fiscal Agent and Paying Agent, at its specified office as its agent in relation to the Notes for the purposes specified in this Agreement and in the Terms and Conditions and all matters incidental thereto. The obligations and duties of each of the Paying Agents shall be several and not joint.
Appointment of the Paying Agents. Each Paying Agent is appointed, and each Paying Agent agrees to act, as paying agent of the Issuer, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set out below, for the purposes of paying sums due on any Notes, Receipts and Coupons and performing all other obligations and duties imposed upon it by the Conditions and this Agreement.
