Appointment of Foreign Custody Manager. The Fund hereby appoints the Bank as Foreign Custody Manager (as that term is defined in Rule 17f-5 under the 1940 Act). The Bank’s duties and obligations with respect to the Fund’s Portfolio Securities and other assets maintained outside the United States shall be, to the extent not set forth herein, as set forth in the attached Appendix C (the “Delegation Services”). In the event of any conflict of terms related to the services performed under this section 14.3, Appendix C shall control.
