Reports by Bank. If the Bank is the Fund's Foreign Custody Manager, the Bank will supply to the Fund the reports required under the Delegation Agreement.
Reports by Bank. The Bank will supply to the Fund from time to time, as mutually agreed upon, statements in respect of the securities and other assets of the Fund held by Selected Foreign Sub-Custodians, including but not limited to an identification of entities having possession of the Foreign Portfolio Securities and other assets of the Fund.

The Bank will supply to the Company from time to time, as mutually agreed upon, statements in respect of the securities and other assets of the Company held by Selected Foreign Sub-Custodians, including but not limited to an identification of entities having possession of the Foreign Portfolio Securities and other assets of the Company.

The Bank shall file with the Trustee and the Commission, and transmit to Holders, such information, documents and other reports, and such summaries thereof, as may be required pursuant to the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided pursuant to such Act; provided that any such information, documents or reports filed electronically with the Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act shall be deemed filed with, and delivered to, the Trustee at the same time as filed with the Commission. Delivery of such reports, information and documents to the Trustee is for informational purposes only and the Trustee's receipt of such shall not constitute constructive notice of any information contained therein or determinable from information contained therein, including the Bank's compliance with any of its covenants hereunder (as to which the Trustee is entitled to conclusively rely exclusively on Officers' Certificates). Reports by Bank. If the Bank is the Trust's Foreign Custody Manager, the Bank will supply to the Trust the reports required under the Delegation Agreement.
Reports by Bank. The Bank, in its capacity as the Fund’s Foreign Custody Manager, will supply to the Fund the reports required under the Delegation Services outlined in Appendix C.
Reports by Bank. If the Bank is the Company's Foreign Custody Manager, the Bank will supply to the Company the reports required under the Delegation Agreement.
Reports by Bank. If the Bank is the Fund's Foreign Custody --------------- Manager, the Bank will supply to the Fund the reports required under the Delegation Agreement. In addition, the Bank shall use reasonable efforts to notify the Fund promptly of any changes in foreign subcustodians used by the Fund and any change in the indemnification provided to the Bank by such foreign subcustodians.
Reports by Bank. The Bank shall supply the Fund from time to time, as mutually agreed upon, statements in respect of the securities and other assets of the Fund held in Euroclear as shall be made available to the Bank by Euroclear.
Reports by Bank. The Bank will supply to the Fund periodic statements as the Fund shall reasonably request in respect of the securities and other assets of the Fund held by Selected Foreign Sub-Custodians, including but not limited to an identification of entities having possession of the Foreign Portfolio Securities and other assets of the Fund and shall furnish to the Fund such notices of transfers of securities, deposits or other assets to or from the Fund's account by any Selected Foreign Sub-Custodian as the Fund shall request.
