Common use of Appointment of Foreign Custody Manager Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Foreign Custody Manager. (i) If the Fund has appointed the Bank Foreign Custody Manager (as that term is defined in Rule 17f-5 under the 1940 Act), the Bank's duties and obligations with respect to the Fund's Portfolio Securities and other assets maintained outside the United States shall be, to the extent not set forth herein, as set forth in the Delegation Agreement between the Fund and the Bank (the "Delegation Agreement").

Appointment of Foreign Custody Manager. (i) If the a Fund has appointed the Bank Foreign Custody Manager (as that term is defined in Rule 17f-5 under the 1940 Act), the Bank's duties and obligations with respect to the Fund's Portfolio Securities and other assets maintained outside the United States shall be, to the extent not set forth herein, as set forth in the Delegation Agreement between the Fund and the Bank (the "Delegation Agreement").

(i) If the Fund Trust has appointed the Bank Foreign Custody Manager (as that term is defined in Rule 17f-5 under the 1940 Act), the Bank's ’s duties and obligations with respect to the Fund's Trust’s Portfolio Securities and other assets maintained outside the United States shall be, to the extent not set forth herein, as set forth in the Delegation Agreement between the Fund Trust and the Bank (the "“Delegation Agreement"”).
