Common use of Appointment of Custodian; Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Custodian; Acceptance. Trust hereby designates, constitutes, and appoints Custodian as custodian for all Investments and cash owned by each Fund at any time during this Agreement, and Custodian hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties thereof as provided in this Agreement. By the execution of the 17f-5 Delegation Schedule attached hereto as Appendix E, the Trust designates the Custodian as its delegate to perform certain functions with respect to the custody of any Foreign Assets held by a Fund outside the United States. The Custodian hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties as provided in such Appendix E.
