Appointment Categories. Employees shall be appointed to one of the following two appointment categories: (a) Regular full-time: Employees who regularly work an average of forty (40) hours per week. (b) Regular part-time: Employees who regularly work an average of less than forty (40) hours per week. (c) Temporary Employees hired for a fixed term of up to three (3) months.
