Appoint Systems Manager and Contact Persons. SFMTA shall appoint a System Manager to oversee and coordinate the SFMTA’s use of the Equipment and Software and an alternate, both trained on the use of the ATCS, who shall act as SFMTA's primary contact person for all communications with Contractor. All information and materials provided to SFMTA by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent to the attention of the Systems Manager as directed by the SFMTA. SFMTA may, by notice in writing to Contractor, substitute the System Manager with other employees as its designated representatives, for specified issues, project or problems or a particular Task Order. The Systems Manager and any delegates must speak English with sufficient competence to assist the Contractor in performing the Work under this Agreement.
