Application of Annexes I and II. 1. Subject to paragraph 2, the provisions concerning Rights and Facilities set out in Annex I and concerning Status of Forces set out in Annex II shall apply to members of any Visiting Force, members of its civilian component of such size as may be mutually determined between the Parties to be necessary, and dependants of members of such a Visiting Force or civilian component.

  • Interpretation of Annexes 1. Where a disputing Party asserts as a defense that the measure alleged to be a breach is within the scope of a reservation or exception set out in Annex I or Annex II, upon request of the disputing Party, the Tribunal shall request the interpretation of the Commission on the issue. The Commission, within 60 days of delivery of the request, shall submit in writing its interpretation to the Tribunal.

  • Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The schedules, attachments and exhibits referenced in and attached to this Agreement shall be deemed an integral part hereof to the same extent as if written in whole herein. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.

  • Annexes The Annexes form an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Priority of agreements, clauses and schedules 1.4.1 This Agreement, and all other agreements and documents forming part of or referred to in this Agreement are to be taken as mutually explanatory and, unless otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, the priority of this Agreement and other documents and agreements forming part hereof or referred to herein shall, in the event of any conflict between them, be in the following order:
