Application and Coverage. 2.1. This Enterprise Agreement (Agreement) is made under section 172 of the Fair Work ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. This Agreement covers: a) the Chair of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia; and b) employees in the ACMA, other than Senior Executive Service employees (as defined in the Public Service Act 1999).
