Common use of Applicability of Grant Agreement and Provisions Clause in Contracts

Applicability of Grant Agreement and Provisions. This Grant Agreement is subject to the additional terms, conditions and requirements of other laws, rules, regulations and plans recited herein and is intended to be the full and complete expression of and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, promises, representations and terms and conditions, both oral and written, are superseded and replaced by this Grant Agreement. Notwithstanding any expiration or termination of this Grant Agreement, the rights and obligations pertaining to the Grant close-out, cooperation and provision of additional information, return of Grant funds, audit rights, records retention, public information and any other provision implying survivability shall remain in effect after the expiration or termination of this Grant Agreement.
