APPENDICES AND LETTERS OF UNDERSTANDING. 41.01 It is understood and agreed by the Hospital and the Union that all Appendices and Letters of Understanding, as attached to this Agreement, form an integral part of this Collective Agreement and, except where specifically noted otherwise, would be subject to the grievance and arbitration provisions of the Collective Agreement.
