APPENDICES AND LETTERS OF UNDERSTANDING. 39.01 Unless otherwise specified, the parties agree that all Letters of Understanding and appendices shall form an integral part of the Agreement, however, upon expiry of the Agreement, all Letters of Understanding expire and become renegotiated at that time.
