Appeal Options. An employee may appeal an administrative demotion or discharge decision in either of the following ways: Board hearing as provided in ORS 332.544 or the contract grievance procedure. a. Board hearings of appeals of administrative demotion/discharge decisions will be conducted in accord with district practice and ORS 332.544. b.
