Common use of Anti-Social Forces Clause in Contracts

Anti-Social Forces. The Borrower shall not (a) fall under any of the categories described in Section 4.1(t); or (b) engage in, or cause any third party to engage in, any of the following: (i) making violent demands; (ii) making unjustified demands exceeding legal responsibility; (iii) using violence or threatening speech or behavior in connection with any transaction; (iv) damaging the trust of any Lender by spreading rumor, using fraud or force, or obstructing the business of any Lender; or (v) engaging in any act similar to the foregoing.
