Anti-Social Forces. The Qualified Borrower is not, at present, (a) a gang (boryokudan), (b) a gang member, (c) a person for whom five years have not passed since ceasing to be a gang member, (d) an associate gang member, (e) a gang-related company, (f) a corporate extortionist (sokaiya), (g) a rogue adopting social movements as its slogan (shakai undotou hyobo goro), (h) a violent force with special knowledge (tokushu chinou boryoku shudan tou) (each as defined in the “Manual of Measures against Organized Crime” (soshikihanzai taisaku youkou) by the National Police Agency of Japan), or (i) another person or entity similar to any of the above (collectively, “Gang Members, Etc.”); nor does the Qualified Borrower have any:

Anti-Social Forces. No Japanese Borrower shall: (a) fall under any of the categories described in Section 9.19; or (b) engage in, or cause any third party to engage in, any of the following: (i) making violent demands; (ii) making unjustified demands exceeding legal responsibility; (iii) using violence or threatening speech or behavior in connection with any transaction; (iv) damaging the trust of any Lender by spreading rumor, using fraud or force, or obstructing the business of any Lender; or (v) engaging in any act similar to the foregoing.
Anti-Social Forces. No Subscriber organized or doing business in Japan shall be a part of Anti-Social Forces as defined below:

Anti-Social Forces. The Parent shall, and shall cause any of its Subsidiaries to, maintain that none of the Parent or its Subsidiaries:
Anti-Social Forces. Seller represents to TI that its employees, directors or officers do not, and will not (i) belong to, or be otherwise involved in, mafia organizations, mafia related corporations, racketeers or any other organized crime group (“Anti-Social Forces”); (ii) provide funds, or knowingly provide services, to any Anti-Social Forces; (iii) knowingly have any other relationship with any Anti-Social Forces; or (iv) use, or have any Anti-Social Forces use, threatening behavior or violence in business transactions, disseminate false information, employ fraudulent means or methods that obstruct the business operations of TI, or use, or have any Anti-Social Forces use, any other behavior that is similar to these actions. TI may terminate this Purchase Order at any time without any prior notification in the event that Seller is in breach of this Section 36. XX is not responsible for any losses or damages suffered by Xxxxx as a result of such termination.

Anti-Social Forces. None of the Issuer, any of its subsidiaries or any officer (yakuin) (which for the purposes of this Section 1(a)(xxxvi) has the same meaning as defined in Article 1, Item 31(a) of Cabinet Office Ordinance on Disclosure of Corporate Information, etc.) of the Issuer or any of its subsidiaries falls within the meaning of “anti-social forces” (hanshakaiteki seiryoku), as defined in Article 2, Item 23 of the Rules Concerning Underwriting, Etc. of Securities of the Japan Securities Dealers Association (“Anti-social Forces”) such as, but not limited to, organized crime groups (bouryokudan); no Anti-social Forces are involved, directly or indirectly, in the management of the Issuer or its subsidiaries; none of the Issuer, any of its subsidiaries or any officer (as defined above) of the Issuer or any of its subsidiaries, through financing or otherwise, regardless of the means, is supporting or involved in, or intends to support or be involved in, the maintenance or operation of any Anti-social Forces or has, or intends to have, any prohibited relationship with any Anti-social Forces knowingly.
Anti-Social Forces. No Loan Party or any of its directors, officers or employees are an Anti-Social Force. “Anti-Social Force” means a Person or group which threatens or is likely to threaten the order or safety of the civil society, and prevents or is likely to prevent the sound development of the economy or society, which specifically means the following Persons:
Anti-Social Forces. No Borrower organized or doing business under the laws of Japan and no Guarantor shall fall under any of the categories described in Section 4.01(v)(i) through (xiv), nor shall itself engage in, nor cause any third party to engage in, any of the following: (i) making violent demands; (ii) making unjustified demands exceeding legal responsibility; (iii) using violence or threatening speech or behavior in connection with any transaction; (iv) damaging the trust of any Lender by spreading rumor, using fraud or force, or obstructing the business of any Lender; or (v) engaging in any act similar to the foregoing.
