Common use of Annual Technology Assessment Clause in Contracts

Annual Technology Assessment. DIR may elect to conduct an annual technology assessment to confirm that Service Provider's then-current technologies and processes are consistent with the best practices of first tier providers of services that are the same as or substantially similar to the Services. If any such assessment reveals that the technologies and process then utilized by Service Provider are not consistent with such practices, then DIR and Service Provider shall review the results of the assessment and promptly establish and implement a plan to achieve such consistency.
