ANNUAL SICK LEAVE ALLOWANCES. Employees under contract shall be credited with sixty-four (64) hours of sick leave at the beginning of each school year. Part-time employees, employees on less than a full-year contract, or employees who do not complete their contracted obligation shall receive prorated sick leave.
