Annual Service Review. PNC agrees to meet annually with certain officers of the GE Fund Products, as shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto, to discuss the services provided by PNC during the prior annual period, plans for the current period and any other matters as considered by the parties to be appropriate and desirable for discussion.
